Terms and conditions at our events

The following is the terms and conditions for training groups and events hosted by Toppfysik in cooperation with FE Träningsoptimering AB (556997-9296).

Participation at you own risk

Cycling and training in general is associated with some degree of risk regarding injury or damage to the equipment. We will of course do what we can to minimize these risks, but all participation at our activities is at your own risk. All participants are responsible for deciding what parts of our activities they feel comfortable participating in and which protective equipment they wish to wear.

Cancelations and cancelation protection

Up to a month before the start of the event you will be refunded 95 % minus registration fee and any costs we may have had related to your registration.
From one month to 15 days before the start of the event you will be refunded 85 % minus registration fee and any costs we may have had related to your registration.
From two weeks to 24 hours before the start of the event you will be refunded 50 % minus registration fee and any costs we may have had related to your registration
Within 24 hours before the start of the event you will be refunded 25 % minus registration fee and any costs we may have had related to your registration
After the start of the event there will be no refunds.

ATTENTION! Since the final payment for many of our events is after the event has been held we reserve the right to send an invoice for any payments left according to the above terms and conditions.

Complaints

Complaints that has not been presented to our personell before the end of the event will not be processed. If the issue has not been resolved during the event despite making our personell aware of the problem, please make a written complaint to FE Träningsoptimering AB (556997-9296), Björkstigen 2, 790 20 Grycksbo within two weeks of the event.

Allergies

Those with allergies or other special needs are encouraged to contact us in advance to enable us to investigate if we can make the necessary arrangements.

Canceled events

If an event does not receive enough registrations it can be canceled. This will be notified no later than the last registration date and there will be a full refund.
