It was when I started competing in MTB that I decided to try a personalized training program. I wanted to train more purposefully and try to find a good balance between training, family, and full-time work. Previously, my training was unstructured and mostly consisted of spinning classes or MTB cycling. The goal was simply and concisely to "train," but I had no idea what it was actually doing for me.
The best part is that it is individually tailored based on my conditions. For example, if I have a vacation planned, the training program is adjusted accordingly, or if I prefer to do alternative training such as dancing or yoga, that is also included in my program. Another thing I like is that the instructions for my sessions are easy to understand.
I have now been training with my coach for two years, and I feel that I am still developing as a cyclist. I look forward to continuing to grow with their help, and I believe that anyone, regardless of their training background, can do the same!
Emil Lindgren
World champion silver medalist and multiple national champion in MTB
As a family man, it is incredibly relieving to be able to let go of all thoughts about what and how I should train and simply follow the training program, putting that energy into my family instead. As a motivated professional athlete, it’s easy to want to do too much, and a coach helps maintain the perfect balance between training, competition, and recovery. We have good communication, and once we’ve agreed on a plan, it feels reassuring to follow it.

Masters National-, European- and World Champion in cyclocross and MTB
Getting help from coach Fredrik is the smartest thing I’ve done as an athlete. Beyond the sporting successes I had only dared to dream of, this has allowed me to combine a “normal” life with intense sports training. I usually describe the collaboration as buying myself time. Previously, I trained unstructured 20–30 hours per week, but under his guidance, I spend 10–15 hours per week and still achieve better training results. All training is part of an annual plan and incredibly time-efficient. But the greatest benefit of having a personal coach is during times when things don’t work, such as injuries or performance slumps. Then it’s invaluable to receive objective support in analyzing causes and help with corrections.

They pick up where my own knowledge ends and truly helps me reach further than I could have managed on my own. Fredrik is knowledgeable, committed, and reliable, and we have a lot of fun together.

Adventurous mom with a faiblesse for endurance races and e-cycling
As a working parent of young children, with the ambition to develop as a cyclist, I want every training session to have the right effect. By enlisting the help of a personal coach, I quality-assure the time I dedicate to training. The training is optimized according to my conditions and designed based on my goals. My coach helps me balance training and recovery, and together we create a training plan that fits into everyday life. One of the biggest advantages of having a personal coach is the direct contact. I receive quick answers to questions that arise, we discuss and reflect together, and she provides invaluable support in my mental journey.
